The Construction Companies
Social Media
Intro:
Stellar Construction was a client I worked with during my college internship. I was designing their social media presence that aligned with their branding and goals during my time there. Objective of the project was to increase views and make more leads for clients for Stellar construction.
Research
After looking at existing media and information that this company had online I was able to determine typography and colors. Going through there imagery I was also able to find common themes that would convey the brand well:.
Draft
Below, I put together a very rough draft of what I’ve learned and noticed from the client’s existing brand. This stage was more about exploring possibilities and testing the waters with different themes, seeing what felt consistent with their current identity and what could be pushed further. It wasn’t meant to be polished, but rather a space to play with ideas, get a sense of the brand’s direction, and identify which elements might guide the next steps in the design process.
Review With Client:
The Client liked the way the branding was going however I did miss the professionalism that they were going for. They just didn’t see the appeal unless the professionalism was on point were it would show their work and not their employees.
Changes:
I made a significant change because of the redirect given by the client. Through the resources given to us I was able to combine their pictures with the slogans they have on their website. Like vision, quality and process. Or we are the professionals. Or details matter. All of these lead to great homes. Combined with comment underneath that would use a call to action to get more clients.
Final:
In the end, the project came together successfully. The visual direction I developed aligned well with the client’s goals and strengthened the clarity of their brand. The themes I explored early on helped guide the final decisions, allowing me to create a system that felt true to their established identity while elevating the areas that needed more structure and consistency. Overall, the client was pleased with the outcome, and the objectives of the project were met with a strong, thoughtful final product. I’m excited to continue building on this work and welcome any future opportunities to refine or expand their brand as needed.
